Physical Environment – Environment of Care:

This service entails conducting a thorough review of your Organizations Environment of Care documentation required for full compliance with the Joint Commission – EC and DNV/NIAHO – Physical Environment standards. Our services include all aspects of the EOC, LS and EM and PE standards. Upon our review BRAND SERVICES will provide a detail written report as to your compliance and recommendations in areas found not to be in compliant.

Building Maintenance Program:

BRAND can help organizations create and maintain a Building Maintenance Program (BMP). Joint Commission recommends a BMP as a “Best Practice” program for Organizations. BRAND will conduct an inventory of BMP items, bar code each item, create Preventative Maintenance frequencies and policies for each item listed in the BMP.

LEAN Methodology:

BRAND’s adheres to a LEAN/SIX Sigma culture and we can assist your organization in developing a value stream road map for finding ways to remove unnecessary waste through the 5S process. One roadmap BRAND utilizes in the Lean process is in our Life Safety assessments that help organizations reduce their costs while maintaining full compliance.

Mock Survey’s and Continuous Accreditation Readiness:

BRAND’s experienced staff will conduct a full EOC, LS and Emergency Management mock survey that will include a building tour, testing staff knowledge on current policies, provide education to staff on the Environment of Care and a detail written report.

Interim Facilities Management:

This staffing option is an immediate, cost-effective approach to maintaining departmental leadership while a search is conducted for a permanent facilities leader.
